Pain Scales

Here are two of the pain scales I promised. These are just suggestions but, if you would like to use them, feel free. If you are familiar with Excel, it is relatively easy to create one there as well.

The top blocks on the first pain scale are for your symptoms. Then, you would put a check in each day that you experience those symptoms.

This second pain scale allows you to write out your symptoms on a daily basis. It requires a little more work on our part but also allows more freedom for new symptoms. In addition, this affords the ability to document where on your body the pain occurs. You can use different colors for each day of the week to mark actual pain locations.

These are just suggestions. You can certainly get as creative as you would like with this! Continue to choose your way to healing with peace and have a wonderful day!
