Keep Track of EVERYTHING!

Keeping track of your symptoms daily, is almost a requirement. It doesn’t matter how you do it. Use something that works for you and is the easiest thing you can manage. Here are a few ideas:

  • a habit tracker you really like – replace the habits with symptoms
  • Dot grid or just grid paper with a graph of 1-31 on one axis and symptoms on the other
  • a bullet journal
  • your daily calendar
  • an app
  • a journal (either paper or digital)
  • an excel spreadsheet

It really doesn’t matter what it looks like. The main point is that you will use it and take it to each physician’s office visit with you. Don’t be afraid if you have personal information on your list as a trigger. Your doctor needs to know that as well.
